Falls Church, Virginia

Welcome to Falls Church

Known as the “Little City”, Falls Church exudes small-town charm and is only 6 miles from Washington DC. With a population near 14,000, this close-knit community is where people watch out for each other and neighbors quickly become friends. Parents love Falls Church’s excellent school system and children benefit from the small class sizes and strong friendships that last from kindergarten to adulthood.

Houses in Falls Church range from classic Tudor and Colonials to Cape Cod, Craftsman, and ranch style dwellings on winding tree-lined streets with spacious yardage. Although the majority of houses are single-family residences, there are also a number of townhomes, modern condominiums, and luxury estates.

Safe and friendly, diverse and historic, with picturesque green spaces and many annual events that bring the community together, Falls Church is where young single professionals can start their lives, grow a family, and retire in a peaceful community with the amenities of dynamic Washington DC a short drive away.
