• “EE” Model is 1,208 sq ft. The image below displays an original floor plan. This model’s floor plan can be modified by opening up the wall between the Kitchen and the Dinging room. In addition, the hallway that leads from the foyer into the kitchen can be converted in the a large pantry.
• “F” Model is 1,132 sq ft. The image below displays an original floor plan. The wall between the kitchen and the dining room cannot be removed.
• “G” Model is 1,327 sq ft. The image below displays an original floor plan. The potential modifications for this floor plan include:
1. The wall between the kitchen and the dining room can be removed.
2. The hallway leading from the foyer in the the kitchen can be closed off and converted in the large pantry and/or a laundry closet.
• “H” Model is 1,504 sq ft. The image below displays an original floor plan. The potential modifications for this floor plan include:
1. Den can be converted into a 3rd Bedroom.
2. The wall between the kitchen and the living room can be partially removed to create an open floor concept.
3. Two walk-in closets in the primary bedroom could be consolidated into one large closet.
