The Rotonda Condos Floor Plans for 3-Beds and 3-Baths Units
• “AA” Model is 1,780 sq ft. The image below displays an original floor plan. This model is one of the most favorite 3-Bedroom floor plans, because of its large balcony and the potential for an open floor plan that connects the kitchen with a living room. The potential modifications for this floor plan include:
1. Removal of the closets in the foyer which will allow for the view into the living area.
2. Removal of the wall between the kitchen and the living room and installation of a large kitchen island with sitting for four.
3. Primary bathroom could be enlarged by extending the wall out into the bedroom.
4. One of two primary bedroom’s closets could be removed to make more room for the bedroom.
5. The washer and dryer can be enclosed or moved to a separate closet.
• “RR” Model is 2,097 sq ft. The image below displays an original floor plan. This is one of the largest original models. This floor plan features separate laundry room, and a large kitchen with a breakfast area.
The floor plan could be modified by removing the walls between the living room and dining room. In addition, the wall between the foyer and the dining room can be opened which will create an open feel. The wall between the kitchen and the dining room cannot be removed.
