I’m an Accredited Buyers Representative, which means that I’m a buyer agent who has specialized training and knowledge in serving the needs of the home buyers.

As your buyer agent, I will:
- Work closely with you to locate homes and communities that fit your criteria.
- Schedule showings.
- Take you on property tours.
- Create Comparative Market Analysis or CMA to make sure that you offer the right price.

- Write purchase contract and negotiate the best price and contract terms.
- Schedule a home inspection and negotiate the terms of home inspection items.
- Coordinate activities between Title Company and Lender.
- Monitor Escrow to ensure a smooth problem free process.
- Join you on a Final Walk-Through.
- Confirm that you are “clear to close”.
- And join you at the Settlement table.
- I will personally handle every step of home purchase from start to finish. You will not be passed off to an unlicensed “assistant” or alternate agent you haven’t met – ever.
