• Schedule showings.

• Write purchase contract and negotiate the best price and contract terms.
• Schedule a home inspection and negotiate the terms of home inspection items.
• Coordinate activities between Title Company and Lender.
• Monitor Escrow to ensure a smooth problem free process.
• Join you on a Final Walk-Through.
• Confirm that you are “clear to close”.
• And join you at the Settlement table.
• I will personally handle every step of home purchase from start to finish. You will not be passed off to an unlicensed “assistant” or alternate agent you haven’t met – ever.
