I will determine your home's price by preparing a comparative market analysis (CMA). I'll assess recently sold properties in your neighborhood, considering factors such as size, condition, and unique features that may impact the home's value. Additionally, I'll take into account market trends, economic conditions, and overall demand for homes in the area. With my expertise and knowledge of the local market, I arrive at a competitive yet realistic price that attracts potential buyers while ensuring a fair value for the seller.

When you list your property with me, you will receive attentive one-on-one service. The responsibility of managing the sale of your home will never be passed off to the other agents or assistants. You will receive regular updates on web traffic, in person visits, and feedback from agents and prospective buyers.
