• “D” Model is 1,077 sq ft. The image below displays an original floor plan. This model’s floor plan can be modified by converting a Den into a second bedroom, therefore making is condo a 2-Bedroom unit. The wall between a kitchen and a dining room cannot be removed.
• “E” Model is 1,208 sq ft. The image below also displays an original floor plan. Potential modifications for this floor plan include:
1. Removal of the wall that separates the kitchen and the dining room.
2. Converting the Den into a bedroom.
3. Closing off the hallway that leads into the kitchen and adding a pantry and a washer/dryer closet.
