The Colonies: A Great Place to Live

Located in the heart of McLean VA, the condominiums at The Colonies aren’t considered new. They are regularly updated and maintained, but they’ve managed to keep something that those new condos don’t seem to have– the thing many call charm. These spaces are even more critical in the high-density, urban neighborhoods planned for Tysons, as private yards or recreation facilities may not be available for many residents.”

With new jobs come more people, and you can bet the condos and The Colonies will be among the first to be snatched up.

Healthy Economy

What do you get when you find an increase in jobs and population? The perfect breeding ground for a healthy economy. Healthy economies benefit investors especially because it means the value of the condos goes up as well.
